Banquet Guidelines
1. Special rates may apply for parties under 150 people.
2. Rental fee is non-refundable if cancellations are made within 120 days of reservation.
3. $750 non-refundable deposit due 120 days prior to event.
4. Final bill due day of your event. Finance charge will be applied.
5. Any items must be taken at end of evening. Not responsible for items left or stolen.
6. Outside beverages and/or minors will be removed from the premises.
7. Party will be billed for number of reservations.
8. Final number of reservations due 7 days before event.
9. Applicable sales tax and gratuity added to final bill.
10. A taxable rental fee of $450.00 confirms reservation.
11. Any additional plates required will be billed at listed price.
12. There is a $50 service charge each 15 minutes past sheduled serving time.
13. All prices subject to change.
Provided Services
1. We will serve and cut the wedding cake, if desired at a charge of $50.
2. With buffet-style dinner, the "head table" will be served, if desired.
3. We skirt special tables.
4. We can recommend bands, disc jockeys, bakeries, photographers, florists, limos and busses.
5. Table and chair set up & take down.
6. Tablecloths and napkins.
7. We will design a food menu for your specific needs.
Bar Service
Please note, we are a licensed restaurant, with liquor and food, and therefore cannot allow any beverages, (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) or food items outside of cakes to be brought in. We will set up a cash bar (with a $200.00 minimum) at no extra charge. You may select from the following options;
1. Set a time limit you would like drinks to be free for guests.
2. Set a dollar amount for drinks for guests.
3. Give each guest a number of drink tickets.
Bartenders will price tickets according to drink purchased. A wine professional is available for consultation. Selections include;
Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Merlot, Cabernet, or White Zinfandel. By the bottle $12.95 ea.
Cook’s Brut, Spumante, or White Zinfandel champagne $12.95/bottle.
You may purchase beer by the keg at a charge of $1.75/beer.
Selection of premium beers at $2.00/beer.
